Project Description

The 32 Smith Street commercial office development is located at 32 Smith Street and 93-95 Phillip Street, Parramatta.

Fender Katsalidis Architects won a design completion for the site and have designed a $230 million new commercial tower for this key river gateway location. A key feature of this development will be its translucency, through its extensive use of glass.

  • Controlling noise emission from the mechanical services associated with the development to satisfy the requirements of the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and Council;
